Backorders
Any item listed in the B/O column of our invoice has been backordered.  Any backordered item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as it is available.  Backordered items will be shipped at your expense.  We cancel all our backorders after 30 days.  Please let us know on your order if you would like your backordered item(s) cancelled.  We make every effort to have the items you want in stock when you order them.  We will notify you by email if we had to backorder an item.

Returns
We do accept returns on some items. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted.  There is a 15% restocking charge on all returned items unless there was an error on our part. We will only accept items that are unused and unopened and in excellent condition. We will not accept returns after 30 days for any reason. All returns must be sent postage pre-paid. A copy of our invoice and an RMA# must be included with the return.  We will accept return items purchased on the internet at our shop. We do not accept returns on any special order items, closeouts or clearance items, used items, tires, engine parts, bearings or items cut to length.  APPROVED RETURNS WILL BE FOR FUTURE ORDERS ONLY.  We are no longer refunding credit cards.  

Please reference the RMA# you are issued to use that credit on a future order.

International Orders
YES, we do ship international.  International orders must be prepaid by Paypal, cashier's check, money order or bank wire transfer.  We do NOT accept credit cards for most international orders.  An additional handling charge may be applied on some international orders.  Any additional taxes, duties or customs fees are not the responsibility of Rieken's Racing.  All international orders are final - no returns will be accepted.
